This Gorilla Glue Original, designed for manual use, is ideal for effectively repairing EVA covers, HDPE slicks, or leash plugs on "soft" surfboards.
Perfect for re-bonding areas that have come unstuck through use, it gives a second life to a worn board, thanks to its polyurethane adhesive activated by moisture.

Usage tips – "Soft" surfboard repair (EVA, HDPE slick, leash plug)

1. Prepare the surface:
   Clean the area thoroughly: remove sand, dust, wax residues, or foam.
   A slight level of moisture on the surfaces helps activation, but avoid excess water. Lightly dampen if necessary using a slightly wet cloth or spray bottle.
2. Apply the glue:
   Shake the bottle before use. Apply a thin layer of glue to one of the two surfaces to be joined.
   ⚠️ Note: the glue expands up to 3 times its volume – avoid over-application.
3. Assemble the parts:
   Bring the two surfaces together and keep under pressure for at least 1 to 2 hours using clamps, straps, sandbags, or strong tape.
4. Full curing:
   Allow to dry for at least 24 hours at room temperature for a complete and durable bond.
5. Finishing (if needed):
   Once cured, trim or sand off any excess foam if necessary.
