Using Polinet sanding screens :
Grit 80 = Roughen the rails on a first pass, on a preshape or a hand-worked foam blank.
Grit 120 / 150 = Ideal for smoothing an EPS foam blank.
Grit 180 / 240 = Combined with a Sanding Foam Block to smooth the blank and remove plane traces around the stringer.
Grit 240 / 320 = Finishing the rails before lamination.
